On Feb. 4, the Atlanta City Council announced a revised post-construction stormwater ordinance. The new ordinance requires new and redeveloped sites to treat the first 25 mm (1 in.) of stormwater runoff onsite with green infrastructure. It applies to commercial properties covering 46 m2 (500 ft2) or more and residential properties covering 93 m2 (1000 ft2) or more. Find a summary of the revisions here, and check out this tour of eight green infrastructure projects throughout Atlanta.
