On Aug. 2, the Water Environment Federation (Alexandria, Va.) will host a 1-day seminar in Chicago entitled “Weathering the Storm: Is This the Right Time for You to Form a Stormwater Utility?” The event will cover the financing, planning, and management of stormwater utilities along with related regulations and public relations case studies.
